TOMATO AND SUMMER TRUFFLE SAUCE

This sauce is a great combination of flavours and can be used as a base for all your truffle dishes. Great in combination with olives, mozzarella and basil.

You can use it to make the classic Italian bruschetta, sandwiches, for pasta and risotto, to create second courses or for your homemade pizza.

To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, we suggest you to use about 60/70 g per person.

Nome: Specialità a base di pomodoro e tartufo estivo (190g ). Ingredienti: Polpa di pomodoro 78%, triplo concentrato di pomodoro, olio extravergine di oliva, Tartufo estivo 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), aglio, sale, prezzemolo, basilico, zucchero, aroma. Tmc 24 mesi - Conservazione: Temperatura ambiente. Una volta aperto conservare a +2° / +4° e consumare entro 7 giorni.
