BLACK TRUFFLE POLENTA
Polenta is a true specialty of northern italian culinary tradition made with corn flour. Although it is known in its various variations almost on the whole Italian soil, in the past it was the staple food of poor cuisine.
Nowadays is considered a delicious first course to make with Italian ragù, mushrooms or different kind of meat. Our variation with black truffle is true pleasure for the palate and nose.
Add some Parmesan to enhance the flavor.
Nome: Polenta al tartufo (350 g). Ingredienti: Farina di mais precotta, Tartufo estivo essiccato 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), aroma. Tmc: 18 mesi - Conservazione: Conservare in luogo fresco ed asciutto al riparo da fonti di luce e di calore. Il prodotto non contiene sostanze allergeniche, nè glutine, ne conservanti, ne OGM.
